General information - The steps to become a KAHUNACHAIR Partner

1. Formal request and information


The first step in acquiring a KAHUNACHAIR licensing is to complete our PERSONAL INFORMATION FORM. Once we have received your completed form, we will contact you to discuss it with you.

2. Meeting


If your PERSONAL INFORMATION FORM shows us an interesting potential, we will organize a meeting in person which does not commit you to anything. This meeting will take place in one of the Group offices.

Buying a licensing is an important and exciting endeavor. However, we do want to speak face to face with you to make sure you understand that opening and operating a KAHUNACHAIR store takes a lot of effort and dedication. Obviously, all of this work will be done in cooperation with the head office team who will share with you the ingredients to achieve success.

3. Make your decision


Once you have taken the necessary time to read all the documents that we will provide to help you make your decision, that you have made your financial statement, that you have received the advice and recommendation of your lawyer, accountant and other advisers , you will then be able to make a decision as to whether to pursue your project of acquiring a KAHUNACHAIR licensing.

4. Initial costs


To move closer to your goal of owning your own KAHUNACHAIR store, you must make a refundable deposit of $ 10,000 which will be deducted from the licensing fee required upon signing of the Licensing Agreement.

5. Your training!


Your training will take place in 3 phases:

Phase 1: Before starting your store, you and / or the operator must have completed the training. This training is included in our services and support for licensing. However, the licensing is responsible for his travel, accommodation and expenses during the duration of the training if necessary.

Phase 2: With the help of the operations team at KAHUNACHAIR's head office, you will have to choose and prepare the members of your team (Sale, Customer Service, Account ...) for the starting.

Phase 3: The head office team will ensure that all team members have been properly trained and will practice periodic follow-ups to ensure that the quality is always at its best. During the first and second week of operation, a member of the head office operations team will support you constantly to ensure you are on top of sales, customer service.
